indonesia: Mount Semeru in Indonesia explodes once more, thousands evacuated

Mount Semeru, located in Indonesia’s Java, erupted on December 4, 2022. It is exactly a year of the previous deadly eruption. Because of protection, the government has given evacuation orders. Thousands of people have fled to safer places and settled in the 11 shelter camps.
