A running list of the best TV deals to shop before Prime Day even starts

[ad_1]

UPDATE: Jun. 24, 2023, 5:00 a.m. EDT This post has been updated to reflect the latest discounts on 4K and 8K TVs at Amazon, Best Buy, and more.

Prime Day is one of the best times of year to buy a TV on sale, but not for the reason you’re thinking. During Prime Day, Amazon is obviously the place to find an already-affordable, mid-sized Fire TV for extra cheap — like an invite-only offering to snag the 43-inch version of its 4K Omni Series for $99.99. Unheard of. But Amazon doesn’t go as hard for premium TV deals from Samsung, LG, and Sony. However, Amazon is to thank for provoking Prime Day competition sales from Best Buy and Walmart, which more than pick up the slack on discounts on flagship 65-inch through 85-inch QLED and OLED models. Prime Day almost always coincides with the Fourth of July sale season, which Samsung(opens in a new tab) is big on.Regardless, we’re keeping track of all of the TV deals you can shop at all of the big retailers before Prime Day starts on July 11, as well as early Prime Day deals in tons of other categories. Note: We’re updating this page constantly, so check back often. Samsung TV deals
Why we love itThe big-but-not-too-big size of our favorite TV for sports is just shy of a whole $1,000 discount. Hyped as one of the brightest TVs on the market, Samsung’s QN90B offers the brightness, precision, and glare control needed for crisp daytime viewing.More Samsung TVs on saleSamsung 55-inch QN700B Neo QLED 8K TV(opens in a new tab) — $999.99 $1,599.99 (save $600)Samsung 65-inch TU8300 Curved 4K TV(opens in a new tab) — $647.99 $799.99 (save $152)Samsung 65-inch Q60B QLED TV(opens in a new tab) — $799.99 $899.99 (save $100)Samsung 65-inch The Frame QLED TV(opens in a new tab) — $1,449 $1,997.99 (save $548.99)Samsung 65-inch S95B OLED TV(opens in a new tab) — $1,699.99 $1,999.99 (save $300)Samsung 65-inch QN90C QLED TV(opens in a new tab) — $2,299.99 $2,799.99 (save $500)Samsung 65-inch The Terrace Outdoor QLED TV(opens in a new tab) — $2,997 $4,999.99 (save $2,002.99)Samsung 75-inch Q70A QLED TV(opens in a new tab) — $1,299.99 $2,299.99 (save $1,000)Samsung 75-inch QN90B QLED TV(opens in a new tab) — $1,799.99 $2,399.99 (save $600)Samsung 75-inch The Frame QLED TV(opens in a new tab) — $2,599.99 $2,999.99 (save $400)Samsung 75-inch Q90C QLED TV(opens in a new tab) — $2,599.99 $3,299.99 (save $700)Samsung 75-inch The Terrace Outdoor QLED TV(opens in a new tab) — $3,849 $6,499.99 (save $2,650.99)Samsung 85-inch QN90B QLED TV(opens in a new tab) — $2,599.99 $3,299.99 (save $700)LG TV deals
Why we love itQNED is a mashup of LG’s NanoCell technology and quantum dots (which amp up color depth using an extra light filter of nanoparticles) and the backlighting of mini LEDs (like regular LEDs, but smaller for extra precision). This XL version of the budget-friendly 80 Series QNED stretches those bright, saturated scenes across what’ll feel like the entire wall.More LG TVs on sale Sony TV deals
Why we love itWhy we love itThe 55-inch version of Sony’s luxury OLED TV is somehow seeing a bigger discount than the more expensive 65-inch model. Bringing that “O” on board significantly upgrades the TV’s picture quality, especially in dimly lit rooms and dark, shadowy scenes. OLED doesn’t require an external backlight. Instead, they use organic light-emitting diodes. These self-lit pixels are individually controlled by the TV itself based on the content and lighting of the room, offering more precise contrast than LED or QLED.More Sony TVs on sale Sony 55-inch A80K OLED TV(opens in a new tab) — $1,398 $1,799.99 (save $401.99) Sony 65-inch X95K 4K TV(opens in a new tab) — $1,899.99 $2,399.99 (save $300) Sony 65-inch A95K OLED TV(opens in a new tab) — $2,799.99 $3,199.99 (save $400) Sony 75-inch XR Z9K 8K TV(opens in a new tab) — $5,499.99 $5,999.99 (save $500)Sony 83-inch A90J OLED TV(opens in a new tab) — $4,699.99 $5,199.99 (save $500)Sony 85-inch X90K 4K TV(opens in a new tab) — $1,999.99 $2,299.99 (save $300)Other TV deals from TCL, Vizio, and more
Why we love itYou can’t not take advantage of Amazon’s flagship 4K TV being under $100 — that’s an unbelievably rare price for a 43-inch 4K model from any brand. (If you’re one of the lucky Prime members who has this invite-only deal unlocked, you’ll make it work.) The Omni is the smoothest way to experience Amazon’s crowd-favorite Fire TV platform and intuitive app navigation. The two larger Omni sizes get particularly good marks for their crisp HDR handling due to their support for Dolby Vision.More TCL TVs, Vizio TVs, Fire TVs, and more on saleAmazon 32-inch 2-Series HD Fire TV(opens in a new tab) — $129.99 $199.99 (save $70)Toshiba 43-inch V35 Series HD Fire TV(opens in a new tab) — $149.99 $199.99 (save $50)Amazon 43-inch 4-Series 4K Fire TV(opens in a new tab) — $259.99 $369.99 (save $110) Vizio 43-inch V-Series 4K TV(opens in a new tab) — $238 $268 (save $30) Pioneer 50-inch 4K Fire TV(opens in a new tab) — $219.99 $419.99 (save $200) Amazon 50-inch 4-Series 4K Fire TV(opens in a new tab) — $309.99 $449.99 (save $140)Hisense 50-inch U6 ULED TV(opens in a new tab) — $399.99 $529.99 (save $130)Insignia 55-inch F30 Series 4K TV(opens in a new tab) — $229.99 $399.99 (save $170) Amazon 55-inch 4-Series 4K Fire TV(opens in a new tab) — $379.99 $519.99 (save $140) Amazon 55-inch Omni 4K Fire TV(opens in a new tab) — $429.99 $549.99 (save $120 with Prime) Hisense 58-inch 4K TV(opens in a new tab) — $268 $338 (save $70)Hisense 58-inch U6 ULED TV(opens in a new tab) — $469.99 $599.99 (save $130)Toshiba 65-inch C350 Series 4K TV(opens in a new tab) — $329.99 $529.99 (save $200)Vizio 65-inch V-Series 4K TV(opens in a new tab) — $398 $528 (save $130) Hisense 65-inch U6GR ULED TV(opens in a new tab) — $499.99 $599.99 (save $100)Amazon 65-inch Omni 4K Fire TV(opens in a new tab) — $559.99 $759.99 (save $200 with Prime) TCL 65-inch QM8 Mini-LED QLED TV(opens in a new tab) — $1,199.99 $1,699.99 (save $500)Insignia 70-inch F30 Series 4K TV(opens in a new tab) — $449.99 $599.99 (save $150) Insignia 75-inch F30 Series 4K TV(opens in a new tab) — $529.99 $749.99 (save $220) Amazon 75-inch Omni 4K Fire TV(opens in a new tab) — 719.99 $1,049.99 (save $330) TCL 75-inch QM8 Mini-LED QLED TV(opens in a new tab) — $1,699.99 $2,299.99 (save $600)TCL 85-inch S4 4K TV(opens in a new tab) — $999.99 $1,399.99 (save $400)TCL 85-inch Q7 QLED TV(opens in a new tab) — $1,699.99 $2,199.99 (save $500)Hisense L9G Triple-Laser Ultra Short Throw Projector with 100-inch ALR Screen(opens in a new tab) — $3,999.99 $5,499.99 (save $1,500)
